- Be a South African person aged between 18-25 years old.
- Have a Grade 12 certificate with the following score breakdowns:
- Mathematics and Physical Science: 70-80% (Special Note: Those who have a score of at least 75% will be given the first preference).
- English: 65%
- BSc Electrical Engineering
- BSc Chemical Engineering
- BSc or National Diploma in Forestry
- MSc Mechanical Engineering
- Have a proof of their university’s credit points and achievements (for Undergraduate studies, if any) or a university’s letter of acceptance (if currently enrolled as a full-time student).
Following the aforementioned requirements, interested applicants should also provide supporting documents to prove that they satisfy the requirements, such as South African ID Card, Grade 12 or university’s transcripts, or (if any) a letter of acceptance from the assigned South African university.
