To drink guests and coordinate the branch inflow through effective line functioning, furnishing excellent customer service by aiding guests at the ATM and to complete deals on any remote or tone service channels. 



  • No experience required but individual needs to hold a Grade 12 National Certificate


  • At least 1 time’s customer service experience within a retail/ fiscal/ banking terrain 

Qualifications (Minimum)

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

  • Introductory computations 
  • Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes ( internal) 


  • Dispatches Chops 
  • Computer Knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) 
  • Interpersonal & Relationship operation Chops

  • Attention to Detail

Conditions of Employment

  • Clear Felonious and credit record 
  • Must have fingerprints which are sensible/ recognisable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
