Job Description :
- Put Asset Tag label to all CDE equipment.
- Test all new CDE equipment before delivering to customer.
- Repair the CDE equipment in Warehouse and at customer outlet as requested.
- Report the repairing activities of all CDE to Fleet and Cooler Team leader.
- Report to Fleet and Cooler Team Leader for any spare parts require.
- Make sure that CDE equipment are operated in a safe way.
- Ensure that good house keeping and 5S in place.
- Ensure that good house keeping and 5S in place.
- Accountable for adopting own safety behavior and report unsafe behavior /conditions/practice of others.
Key Duties & Responsibilities : Executed Planned Maintenance Activities
- Perform routine checklist and report all abnormalities to Cooler Maintenance Team Leader
- Maintenance and repairs carried out as per works order. Meeting all the quality requirements
- Execute cooler maintenance
- Execution of the Maintenance Plan
- Coolers maintained as per schedule
- Done focused improvements
- Avoid waste and reduce time taken for finding tools and spare parts
- Reduce breakdowns through preventative maintenance practices and carry out improvements to reduce breakdowns and improve equipment uptime.
- Spares and tools required are located and obtained
- Jobs prioritized to maximize product quality (within set maintenance schedule)
- All relevant information obtained to conduct activities – e.g. drawings, manufacturers manual
- Information collated, documented and feedback provided to relevant customers
Skills, Experience & Education : Grade 12 Certificate with five credits or better
- Diploma in Cooling & Refrigeration
- 3 years of proven maintenance planning experience
- Results-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge in maintenance /electrical technology
- Experience in MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)
