Job Description :

Put Asset Tag label to all CDE equipment.
Test all new CDE equipment before delivering to customer.
Repair the CDE equipment in Warehouse and at customer outlet as requested.
Report the repairing activities of all CDE to Fleet and Cooler Team leader.
Report to Fleet and Cooler Team Leader for any spare parts require.
Make sure that CDE equipment are operated in a safe way.
Ensure that good house keeping and 5S in place.
Ensure that good house keeping and 5S in place.
Accountable for adopting own safety behavior and report unsafe behavior /conditions/practice of others.

Key Duties & Responsibilities : Executed Planned Maintenance Activities

Perform routine checklist and report all abnormalities to Cooler Maintenance Team Leader
Maintenance and repairs carried out as per works order. Meeting all the quality requirements
Execute cooler maintenance
Execution of the Maintenance Plan
Coolers maintained as per schedule
Done focused improvements
Avoid waste and reduce time taken for finding tools and spare parts
Reduce breakdowns through preventative maintenance practices and carry out improvements to reduce breakdowns and improve equipment uptime.
Spares and tools required are located and obtained
Jobs prioritized to maximize product quality (within set maintenance schedule)
All relevant information obtained to conduct activities – e.g. drawings, manufacturers manual
Information collated, documented and feedback provided to relevant customers

Skills, Experience & Education : Grade 12 Certificate with five credits or better
