Specification

Deliverables on this project will include:

  1. • Meetings with the HR Director and External SAGE Service provider respectively to enable full successful implementation – on going.
  2. • Familiarising with and understanding the HSRC’s Performance Management approach and Matrixes.
  3. • Scoping the project and set up a comprehensive project plan.
  4. • Continuous testing and finalising set-up according to HSRC requirements.
  5. • Finding workable solutions to overcome any obstacles.
  6. • Training of HR Consultants on the Module.
  7. • Training sessions (via Zoom or Teams) of all staff in the HSRC on the performance module.
  8. • Organisational wide communication/s re the Performance Module.
  9. • Weekly progress meetings with HR Director
  10. • Gathers individual performance contract data and captures performance data on module for all staff for the period 2021 to 2022.
  11. • Compile a final project report.

Requirements

The requirements are:

  • •a SAGE People 300 Performance Management Module expert supported by proof from SAGE certification or at least two reference letters from clients confirming full SAGE 300 Performance Management Module set up and implementation during the past two years.


The HSRC offers a fixed salary package and applicants must be South African citizens.
