Primary Duties
- Evaluate and distribute requisitions to colleagues
- Compile standards for the Section.
- Check requests on completion of the time spent and
- Stock control of Materials, Plant and tools
- Preparing of store requisitions for internal
- Generation of requisition for services acquired
- Creating and closing job cards on Maximo {help desk system)
- Take minutes for the meeting and keep an up to date file
- Inform staff of all communications
- Receipting of invoices
- Assist with reports and other documents.
- Follow through with all work aspects of the Facilities team.
