Job Description
As FSMS (Food Safety Management Systems) Data Capturer, the successful incumbent will be responsible for the capturing of all Quality and Health and Safety Department documents.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare source documents by compiling and sorting information according to specific instructions provided.

- Capture information accurately into predesignated databases or systems and double-check the information to make sure it has been accurately captured.

- Check all completed work for accuracy and change any field that requires editing.
- Delete incorrectly posted or obsolete data and re-enter the correct information.
- Identify, label, and organize electronic storage media and ensure that both security and confidentiality is maintained on a constant basis.
- General filing of documents in a systematic manner and within required deadline.
- Compiling Reports and taking minutes.
- Any other duties as may be required by line manager.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Requirements
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
- 3 - 5 Years’ admin/ data capturing experience.
- Certificate / Diploma in Office Administration will be advantageous.
- Prior experience in Quality and Health and Safety/ Abattoir will be advantageous.
- Demonstratable Computer literacy: Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Computer Skills will be tested during the interview phase.
- A willingness to work overtime, incl. on weekends when required.
