Call Centre - Billing Customer Services Agents (night & day shifts) Bryanston - Office Based

R34 to R38 per hour – shift allowance R500

PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE- There is a pay for performance incentive that gives agents an opportunity to earn R500 per week based on achievement of performance metrics

A high performing International Market Leader specialising in Customer Management partnerships within the contact sector  is seeking articulate, customer-centric and target driven contact centre professional for one of their exciting campaigns. American multinational telecommunications conglomerate

The role: The purpose of the Billing Customer Service Representative is to satisfy all the company’s customer requests by increasing, developing (up selling) or retaining the customer base through relationship building, first call resolution and exceptional service delivery.

The successful candidate should able and willing to work in a rotational night shifted environment- 24/7/365 Predominantly night work as per the United States times and client requirements.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Essential: Matric/NQF Level 4
  • Preferential: Mathematics, or Mathematical Literacy, or Accounting, or Business Studies, or Tertiary courses / studies relating to business, accounting or economics

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Essential: 12 months Customer Services (with NQF Level 4).
  • Preferential: 6 months Contact Centre - Previous experience in a billing environment - Previous experience in an upsell/cross-sell environment.
  • Must be able to work shifts at the offices in Bryanston : 
  • Working hours 12hrs – 2pm t0 2 am – 4am to 4pm (4days in and 3 days off) – may not be consecutive days.
