Introduction

Co-ordinate the handling of difficult and/or unusual situations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Computer literate: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- 2-5 Years' experience in Customer service/Call center role
- Experience in Logistics/FMCG would be advantageous
- Grade 12
COMPETENCIES: (Maximum of 5)
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Ability to handle pressure and mange multiple issues simultaneously
- Resilience - to handle stressful situations, irate and demanding customers professionally
- Good communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Organizing and planning - inbound/outbound administrative tasks to achieve targets
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Ability to work in a team
