Job Description
Job Purpose:
To provide Business accurate and timeous financial information to assist with decision making.
Job Outputs:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Preparation and Processing of Source Information into the General Ledger
- Preparation and Processing of General Journals
- Reconciliation of General Ledger Accounts
- Importing of Bank Statements
- Cashbook Clearing
- Submission of Payments and Collections on FNB Online Banking
- Maintaining Of Fixed Asset Register
- VAT Reconciliations and submissions
- Preparation of Audit Packs and assisting with queries for both internal and external audit.
- Apply and maintain finance and company related internal controls at all time
- Cash Flow Management
- Assist with ad hoc finance related duties and requests as required

Experience:
- 3 years within relevant accounting environment.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong accounting and administrative skills
- Analytical skills

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Sage 300 (Accpac) experience essential
- Microsoft Dynamix AX
- Proficient in MS Office – advanced excel skills advantageous
- SARS e-filing experience
- Accounting to Trial Balance
- Deadline Driven
- Ability to work independently
- Working knowledge of online banking systems
