Planting of seedlings
It will include daily, intense academic and practical training at the Sasolburg Farms.
Through the program you will acquire the following skills:
Harvesting of crops, sorting, and packaging.

After the programme you can pathway into either co-ordinated placement as an employee onto the farm of a programme partner or your own agricultural micro enterprise with a starter pack. R3000 stipend for Transport.

Requirements
Applicants must be:
- Able to attend training daily at the Sasolburg Farms
- Between the ages of 25 and 32.
- South African Citizens.
- Willing to relocate out of province for placement after training.
- Able to prove they have completed matric.
- Fit and strong, able to work physically for several hours.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Able to demonstrate interest in Agriculture e.g. previous experience in vegetable or any gardening at home or in community; or studies in agricultural science.
